PROPOSAL FOR WATER DISTRICT EXTENSION STUDY

A motion was made by Mr. Vahue and seconded by Mr. Cluff, to adopt the following:

WHEREAS, this Town Board requested that MRB Engineering prepare a proposal to determine the feasibility of establishing water districts or extending water districts in areas of the Town that do not presently have water, and

WHEREAS, MRB Engineering has provided this Town Board with a proposal dated June 29,2005 to conduct a feasibility study at a cost of $6,700.00; and,

WHEREAS, the proposal also includes the cost for the Map, Plan & Report of $3,800 should this Town Board decide to move forward after presentation of the results of the feasibility study; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to accept the proposal dated June 29, 2005 by MRB Engineering Group to proceed with the Water District Feasibility Study as described in the proposal. The cost for this service $6,700.00 will be taken from Account H-23
